Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Partner Ops LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Partner Ops", "we," or "us"), our web site at https://partner-ops.com (the "Site"), and all related web sites, downloadable software, mobile applications (including tablet applications), and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Privacy Policy is displayed, and all other communications with individuals through written or oral means, such as email or phone (collectively, together with the Site, our "Service").
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the information that we gather on or through the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information. By visiting the Site, or by purchasing or using the Service, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, the Partner Ops Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Partner Ops Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
- Client – a customer of Partner Ops.
- Authorization – the set of rights and privileges on the Site assigned to a User by a Client.
- Client Data – personal data, reports, addresses, and other files, folders or documents in electronic form that a User of the Service stores within the Service.
- Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Public Area – the area of the Site that can be accessed both by Users and Visitors, without needing to use a login ID and a password.
- Restricted Area – the area of the Site that can be accessed only by Users, and where access requires the use of a login ID and a password.
- User – an employee, agent, or representative of a Client, who primarily uses the restricted areas of the Site for the purpose of accessing the Service in such capacity.
- Visitor – an individual other than a User, who uses the public area, but has no access to the restricted areas of the Site or Service.
2. The Information We Collect on the Service
We collect different types of information from or through the Service. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide the Service, to improve and develop new features, to communicate with you, to comply with our legal obligations, and to protect the Service, our users, and others from fraud, abuse, and security risks. In some cases we will ask for your consent before using your Personal Data for certain optional purposes.

Information Collected by Clients. A Client or User may store or upload into the Service Client Data. Partner Ops has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data it hosts as part of Client Data. Each Client is responsible for providing notice to its customers and third persons concerning the purpose for which the Client collects their Personal Data and how this Personal Data is processed in or through the Service as part of Client Data.
Automatically Collected Information. When a User or Visitor uses the Service, we may automatically record certain information from the User's or Visitor's device using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. This may include IP address, device identifiers, browser and device type, pages visited, and the dates and times of visits, as well as information about interactions with email messages.

9. SMS Messaging, Customer Care, and Mobile Information
Partner Ops may send SMS (text) messages to Users who have opted in to receive such communications, including account verification codes, operational notifications, and text-to-action services. Message frequency will vary based on your activity and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to a message, adjusting your notification preferences in your Account settings, or contacting support@partner-ops.com. For help, you may reply "HELP" or contact our support team.
Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS communication history with Partner Ops, will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to support our business operations (for example, to send SMS messages through a communications platform such as Twilio), and such providers are not permitted to use this information for their own marketing purposes.
10. Minors and Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18 without parental consent. If we learn that Personal Data has been collected from a child under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

Partner Ops provides the Service to business customers ("Clients"). Clients and their authorized users may upload, store, or process information in the Service ("Client Data"). For most Client Data, Partner Ops acts as a service provider to the Client. Clients are responsible for deciding what information to collect, how long to keep it, and what disclosures to make to individuals whose information is included in Client Data.
17. Changes and Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we modify the Policy, we will make it available through the Service and indicate the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version of the Policy.

This Policy and any disputes arising out of or related to it or your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
